About the role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to handle sales operations for Defentrix. The candidate should be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new, and challenging situations. The candidate should handle the sales operations and explore opportunities for new IT security business.
Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership team to understand opportunities, challenges, and goals.
- Manage execution of sales activities.
- Experience in pitching sales of IT security services.
- Manage communications with channel partners to ensure smooth execution of sales and engagement.
- Should be able to interpret the data into meaningful actionable outcomes by streamlining current reporting formats by taking business inputs.

Basic requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both external and internal partners professionally and maturely.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fair understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, and similar.
- Good understanding of Information Security Risk Management. Exposure to Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the most common security challenges that organizations face in the realm of regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, Retail, Education, Information Technology, etc.)
- Knowledge of the most common information security tools and technologies.
